The PMI South Florida Chapter is pleased to present Connie Maldonado, PMP as the guest speaker at the Chapter Dinner Meeting in Dade County on Wednesday, June 11. 

Connie is a PM Consultant and Trainer for SoftKey, Inc., and the title of her presentation is "Managing the Next Generation of Project Teams:  The Millenials in the Workforce."

The topics that will be addressed include:
>  Characteristics of the multiple generations in the workforce today and in particular the newest generation – sometimes called the millenials
>  Impact on projects of these workers, many of whom will end up on  project teams or impact projects in some way
>  Tips and techniques for managing the clash and conflict of these generations in the workforce and particularly in a project setting
