Keith Hopkins is the Director, Program Management Office for Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruise Line.  Keith’s Project Management career began in 1998 at Royal Caribbean Cruise Ltd implementing the first PC Server network technology onboard Royal Caribbean vessels in many oceans around the world.

In 2000 Keith made the natural progression to project manage the $26m IT implementation of the 4 Millennium Class vessels for Celebrity Cruises. After these successful projects, Keith was promoted to the Manager of IT Newbuilding and the $75m IT Newbuild program.

With the completion of the Radiance Class, Voyager Class and Millennium class in 2004 Keith moved to a Portfolio Management role to manage the business relationships for the Royal and Celebrity Hotel Operations team. Keith was then tapped to lead the Sarbanes-Oxley certification effort. After the successful audit Keith headed up the Project Management office. In 2006 Keith was promoted to the Director of the Program management office adding the methodology definition, governance and resource management functions.
