My name is Oz Rashid and I know and have worked with many of you as I work for A Prime Solution - a botique Executive Search Practice here in Ft. Lauderdale. I am one of the Senior Search Partners in my firm and have actually completed all course work around the Project Management Institute in my previous incarnation as a "project coordinator" with Tyco. I feel this gives me a unique perspective on how critical what you all do is.

I know the last thing anyone wants is this wonderful site to be overrun by a bunch of goofball recruiters (and trust me I know - many of my peers can be goofballs )so I will keep this simple as I like to think of myself as one of the idealists who is really trying to make a difference for both people and companies in the business space here in South Florida.

Recently my clients - who include many of the Fortune 1000 organizations in South Florida - have had numerous inquiries about PM's and even PMO level management in all different verticals, but mostly IT.

I am going to post these openings but I thought it was important to introduce myself first as no one wants to work with someone they don't trust. I hope to be a continued member of this community as i have questions I want to post and maybe I can even offer a different perspective from time to time.

I certainly appreciate your honesty in not using this as a forum to recruit folks and did see you using our fabulous Job Opportunity Program to inform the members of job openings.

What would be great, (and you seem like the type to engage in this sort of activity), is if you could become a regular contributor on our forums to provide insight and guidance around job hunting, resume ideas, interview tips, hot skills, etc...

Again, welcome and I for one look forward to seeing you our site in the future
