Free Webinar - PMI's Work Breakdown Structure Standard PDF Print E-mail

Overview: Being part of the project team demands great organization and communication skills. The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Standard from the Project Management Institute allows project teams to divide the scope into manageable parts.

This Webinar will provide the basics for creating a WBS. In addition, attendees will learn PMI terminology related to WBS and the different elements that create a WBS.

Different methods of organizing a WBS will be presented as well. Our objective is to have all participants understand the importance of practicing the WBS Standard and provide guidance to build a WBS. Knowing the standard will definitely increase your efficiencies in managing your project scope.

PMPs will earn 1 PDU for attending.

Price: Free for all Chapter members
Duration: 43 minutes

To participate, just click here, and don't forget to adjust your speakers. The information to claim the PDU and the Certificate of Attendance will be available at the end of the presentation.

Sincerely yours,
Ricardo Triana, PMP
VP of Education and Certification
